KMA Express LLC was founded in 2019 in Roanoke, Virginia — but the work behind it goes back much further. Owner Kenneth Johnson has been delivering pharmaceuticals since 2000, more than two decades in a business where a missed delivery isn't an inconvenience, it's a patient waiting on medication.
As an owner-operated company, there is no call center and no rotating cast of drivers. The person who answers your email is the person who picks up the load, drives the route, and makes the delivery — roughly 400 miles a day, five days a week, in all weather, across two states.
That consistency is the whole business model: one accountable driver, a proven daily route, and deliveries that arrive when they're supposed to.
